Not affiliated with supported video platforms
FootageMark and RANURANU are independent products. They are not sponsored, endorsed, certified, or produced by YouTube/Google, Vimeo, Rumble, or other third-party video platforms. Platform names are used descriptively to explain compatibility and source context. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Compatibility can change
Supported websites can change their players, page structure, security behavior, APIs, or browser integration at any time. A platform listed as supported describes the intended v1.0.0 integration scope; it is not a promise that every page or future platform version will remain compatible without updates.
No frame-accurate NLE claim
FootageMark captures browser media playback positions at the moment of a user action. Browser playback timing is useful for research and handoff, but FootageMark does not claim frame-accurate professional editing timecode.
No video downloading or media rights grant
FootageMark is designed to store source metadata and marked time ranges. It is not a video downloader and does not provide a license, permission, or legal right to use the underlying video. You are responsible for obtaining any rights or permissions required for your research, editing, publishing, commercial use, or redistribution.
No guarantee of source permanence
Third-party videos can be edited, removed, made private, region-restricted, age-restricted, or otherwise changed after you create a clip reference. FootageMark cannot guarantee that a saved source URL will remain available.
Exports are handoff data
Source Pack, Markdown, CSV, and JSON outputs contain organizational data and metadata. They are not substitutes for professional editorial review, legal clearance, rights management, archival systems, or an NLE project file.
Chrome Web Store distribution
FootageMark is currently distributed through the official Chrome Web Store listing. Store availability does not imply endorsement by Google, YouTube, Vimeo, Rumble, or any other third party. Future updates may change availability, version numbers, permissions, or compatibility, and the product documentation should be read together with the current store listing and privacy disclosures.
